Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers, the posy pictured is a colour guide only. Every effort will be made to match this design as closely as possible but please bear in mind that substitutions may need to be made according to what is seasonally available.

Flowers are a naturally occurring product and therefore are of a perishable nature. If cared for properly, you can expect a life span of 7 days; this can be slightly shorter or longer depending on the variety and how they are looked after.

Tips for fresh flowers:

Cut stems on an angle
Change the vase water daily
Ensure your vessel or vase is always clean
Ensure there are no leaves or foliage in the vase water as this breeds bacteria
Keep out of direct sunlight yes you heard right! Flowers do love light but direct sun light can be damaging to leaves and petals. Place your arrangement in a light, airy spot that has naturally light surroundings as opposed to harsh, direct sunlight.
We deliver beautiful flowers all over the Central Coast. Our Valentine's Delivery Days will be Thursday the 13th and Friday the 14th February 2025. Business deliveries will be made between 11am - 5pm unless previously arranged. Residential deliveries will be made between 11am - 6pm.

Please note that these are special event bouquets that are purchased on a pre-order basis and will be made up and delivered on the above specified days only, regardless of when the order is placed.

If you require delivery on a different or specific date, please fill out an enquiry form or contact us via email.

A delivery time window for your flowers will be confirmed on the morning of your designated delivery day. Be sure to enter a contact number in the notes at checkout. Please do your best to ensure somebody is home to receive them. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, your flowers will be left in a safe place, near the door and out of the sun. All arrangements are wet wrapped and have a temporary water supply. Once delivered, you will receive a confirmation email and photo to confirm delivery. Wild Buds Co. cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Please take extra care when placing your orders as you may be charged an additional fee if the flowers need to be redelivered.

Pick up from our studio is also available but will be organised on a needs basis.

We cannot always guarantee specific colors or varieties and cannot always specifically match the designs outlined on our website but we do our very best to accommodate requests and bring you the most dreamy floral creations imaginable. However, all plants are subject to availability and differing environmental factors. Therefore, substitutions may need to be made and some arrangements may need to change slightly. We always aim to create our arrangements as closely as possible to specific requirements or website descriptions.

Quality and freshness are our number one priority and our flowers are sourced from some of the best growers in the state. Please handle your flowers with care and refer to our care instructions in order to give your arrangement the longest vase life possible.

Refunds will be granted at our discretion.
