Preserved flowers can last between 18months- 2 years if cared for properly. To keep your arrangement in peak condition, keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture, water and humidity. Display your arrangement in a light, airy space. Handle with care as they are fragile.

Preserved florals are dyed and therefore variations occur. These dyes are not colourfast so please be aware of transferrig colour.

If your florals become dusty, use a hairdryer on a cool setting, at a distance.

Please note that this piece has a weighted metal disc inside which holds the flowers upright but is also sharp. Handle with care.
Our flower delivery days are Thursday and Friday only, therefore, all orders must be in by Wednesday. Business deliveries will be made between 11am - 5pm unless previously arranged. Residential deliveries will be made between 11am - 6pm.

We deliver beautiful flowers all over the Central Coast. There is a flat $10 delivery fee.

A delivery time window for your flowers will be confirmed on the morning of your designated delivery day. Please do your best to ensure somebody is home to receive them. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, your flowers will be left in a safe place, near the door and out of the sun. All arrangements are wet wrapped and have a temporary water supply. Once delivered, you will receive a confirmation email and photo to confirm delivery. Wild Buds Co. cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Please take extra care when placing your orders as you at be charged an additional fee if the flowers need to be redelivered.

Pick up from our studio is also available but will be organised on a needs basis.

We always aim to create our arrangements as closely as possible to specific requirements or website descriptions.

Quality and freshness are our number one priority and our flowers are sourced from some of the best growers in the state. Please handle your flowers with care and refer to our care instructions in order to give your arrangement the longest vase life possible.

We always aim to do our very best for our customers so if you are unhappy with your order or have any concerns, please contact us ASAP. We may ask for photos of your flowers as clarification. Refunds will be granted at our discretion.
